BACTIGRAS is a sterile, non-adherent dressing composed of a fine mesh gauze impregnated with white soft paraffin BP containing 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP. This combination provides a moist wound environment and delivers antimicrobial properties to prevent infection. 

Intended Uses:

BACTIGRAS is indicated for a variety of wounds, including:

• Minor burns and scalds

• Lacerations, abrasions, and other skin loss wounds

• Donor and recipient graft sites

• Leg ulcers

It is suitable for use on wounds at risk of infection or those already infected when used alongside systemic antibiotics.
